Our Head of Investment Banking, Neil Benedict, is a veteran Wall Street banker. Neil was a Managing Director at Salomon Brothers where he was Head of Capital Markets and, prior to that, the founder and Head of the worldwide Currency Swap group. Neil was also a Managing Director at Dillon Read and helped establish their Tokyo office. Neil, during his Wall Street career, has had a wide experience in corporate finance in both M& A and capital raising within the US and internationally. His activities have covered many industries and he brings a truly global perspective to Intelligent Edge. Neil’s extensive contacts and relationships, built over a thirty- five year career, bring immeasurable benefits to our clients.
Our Managing Partner Thomas Boczar, Esq., LL.M., CFA, began his twenty-three year career as a Wall Street lawyer focusing on M&A and acquisition finance. Tom practiced law with Mudge Rose Guthrie Alexander & Ferdon, and then later Cahill Gordon & Reindel, where he gained extensive transactional, M&A and corporate finance experience. Tom represented private equity/buyout firms, merchant banks, both senior and subordinated lenders and investment banks. Tom also represented the owners and shareholders of privately-held companies across many different industries in various types of change of control and corporate reorganization transactions. Tom has participated in structuring transactions worth several billion dollars.
